Return Policy

All returns require our prior written authorization and must be requested within 30 days of ordering.

The refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the product refund amount.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in like-new, resalable condition.
If the returned items are damaged, Ultimation reserves the right to refuse the refund, and/or the customer is responsible for the cost of refurbishing or replacing the damaged items.
Note: Please ensure the returned items are carefully packed to avoid damage during transit.

Complete and submit this form.

Ultimation’s RMA team will review your submission and provide an official RMA document.

Print a copy of the official RMA document and include it with your return shipment.

Ship the returned items to the address specified on the official RMA document.

A refund will be issued after the returned products have been received and inspected by Ultimation.
