Can Ultimation provide spare parts or replacement parts for other conveyor brands?
Yes, Ultimation is an authorized distributor and integrator for major brands in the material handling space. Many Ultimation parts are compatible or interchangeable with leading brands such as Uline, Hytrol, Ashland, and more.
Do I need a controls engineer or electrician on-site to install Ultimation’s 24V MDR or belt conveyor systems?

Not at all! Ultimation’s 24V MDR and belt conveyor systems are turn-key solutions. Simply attach the supports to the conveyor system, plug into a 110V wall socket, and your conveyor will be up and running.

What if I have questions on a conveyor system and cannot find the answers on your website?
You can always reach out to our sales team at info@ultimation.net or give us a call at 586-771-1881. All calls are answered by live operators in our Roseville, Michigan location. If your call is made outside of normal operating hours (8am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday), simply leave us a message and we will get back to you the following business day.
What are the accepted payment methods?

  • Orders for custom equipment can be processed with:

    • A credit card over the phone with our sales team

    • A mail-in check

    • ACH / Wire transfer (fees may apply)
